Festive High Tea

Add a touch of festive magic to your seasonal celebrations with a merry Festive High Tea created by Executive Pastry Chef, Anna Polyviou. Delight in three tiers of mouth-watering sweet and savoury treats including the fluffiest buttermilk vanilla scones, with clotted cream.  

Savour festive favourites such as Croque Monsieur, Yamba Prawns on a brioche roll, Smoked Turkey Breast Sandwiches and delicious Goat’s Cheese Brule.

For sweet lovers, delight in Gingerbread Passionfruit Caramel dessert, Strawberries ‘N’ Cream Tart, Peach Melba and Christmas in a Jar with chocolate mousse.

Festive High Tea is available from 29 November-31 December at the Lobby Lounge with a choice of three seatings from 11.30am-1.30pm, 1.45pm-3.45pm or 4.00pm-6.00pm. Priced at $65 per adult and $32.50 per child (0-11 years).

Treat your loved ones and take home a delicious festive treat including mini gingerbread houses, mince tarts and Christmas puddings to name but a few from our pop-up store at the Lobby Lounge.

Make haste to our Christmas pop-up store which brims with jolly treats for sale, including Mini Gingerbread Lolly Bag Houses priced at $65 each, Gingerbread Ninjas at $9.50 (six piece), Fruit Mince Tarts at $12.50 (six piece), Christmas Pudding at $22 each, Caramel Christmas Log at $85 each, and Christmas Trifle at $135 each.  Santa is on his way…

 The pop-up store will be open daily at the Lobby Lounge from 7 a.m. – 9 pm, until 31 December 2018.

Take Home a Christmas Feast

We invite you to enjoy Christmas lunch or dinner with all the trimmings, without having to lift a finger. Let us do the cooking so you can relax and enjoy the festive season with family and friends. Our Christmas elves are working overtime to bring you a menu of classic or boned and rolled roasted turkey or a honey glazed ham. You can choose between two of four salads, along with a traditional Christmas Pudding or fresh fruit Pavlova roulade, just like your Mum used to make.

The Roasted Turkey is priced at $525 & the Honey Glazed Ham at $565. Each serves 4-6 people.

Bookings are essential. Please pre-order by 14 December for Christmas Day; pick up between 10.00am-4.00pm, 25 December.

Traditional High Tea

Treat yourself to a sumptuous traditional High Tea in the tranquil surroundings of the Lobby Lounge & Terrace. Executive pastry chef Anna Polyviou has created three tiers of bold, colourful and distinctive sweet treats, savoury creations and fluffy scones, accompanied by clotted crème and mixed berry jam, all lovingly made in our pastry kitchen. Available from 11.30am - 6pm. 

The afternoon tea is priced at $55 per person with a flute of Chandon NV Brut and $65 per person with a flute of Veuve Clicquot, Brut Yellow Label French Champagne.
