Festive High Tea

Festive High Tea

Add a touch of festive magic to your seasonal celebrations with a merry Festive High Tea created by Executive Pastry Chef, Anna Polyviou. Delight in three tiers of mouth-watering sweet and savoury treats including the fluffiest buttermilk vanilla scones, with clotted cream. 

Savour festive favourites such as croquet monsieur, yamba prawns on a brioche roll, smoked turkey breast sandwiches and delicious goats cheese brulee.

For sweet lovers, delight in a mini Christmas pudding with red currents and an eggnog pipet, star tarts, summer trifle with tropical jelly and popping mango pearls and a red berry choux with a candy cane crunch.

For an extra special festive experience, why not treat your little ones to an exclusive Gingerbread making class with our very own Anna Polyviou! Gingerbread making classes are available with Festive High Tea from 11.30am-3.00pm on December 2 and December 16.

Festive High Tea is available from 1-31 December at the Lobby Lounge. Price at $55 per adult and $27.50 per child (6-12 years).

We invite you to enjoy Christmas lunch or dinner with all the trimmings without having to lift a finger. Let us do the cooking so you can relax and enjoy the festive season with family and friends. Our Christmas elves are working overtime to bring you a menu of classic or boned and rolled roasted turkey or honey glazed ham. You can choose between two of four salads, along with a traditional Christmas Pudding or fresh fruit Pavlova roulade, just like your Mum used to make.

 Price:  Roasted Turkey $525  Honey Glazed Ham $565. Serves 4-6 people.

Treat yourself to a sumptuous traditional High Tea in the tranquil surroundings of the Lobby Lounge & Terrace. Executive pastry chef Anna Polyviou has created three tiers of bold, colourful and distinctive sweet treats, savoury creations and fluffy scones, accompanied by clotted crème and mixed berry jam, all lovingly made in our pastry kitchen. Available from 11.30am - 5pm. 

The afternoon tea is priced at $45 per person or $55 per person with a flute of Chandon NV Brut and $65 per person with a flute of Veuve Clicquote, Brut Yellow Label French Champagne.

This Australia Day the Lobby Lounge Terrace will entertain with live music, Blu Bar on 36 mixologists and a delicious traditional Australian barbie! Kick back and relax in a sun lounger while an experienced BBQ chef cooks you up a mouth-watering selection of a lamb rump, BBQ chicken wings, sausages, Angus tenderloin steak, tiger prawns or an Aussie meat pie! Indulge your sweet tooth with a modern take on Australian family favourites, including Anzac cookie ice cream and fairy bread paddle pops, created by our Punk Princess of Pastry, Anna Polyviou.

Lunch will take place at the Lobby Lounge Terrace on 26 January, 12pm-5pm. Priced at $50 per person.
