- The successful applicant will have 2 years experience in a fine dining restaurant or 1 year experience with in a bar environment
- Full time working rights in Australia (student visa holders will not be considered)
- Must have current RSA certificate
Full Time Bartender– Blu Bar on 36
- The successful applicant will have 1 year experience in a fast paced bar environment with classic cocktail knowledge
- Full time working rights in Australia (student visa holders will not be considered)
- Must have current RSA certificate
Full Time Chef - Altitude kitchen
- Experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and committed Chef de Partie to prepare and cook for Altitude Restaurant
- Full time working rights in Australia (student visa holders will not be considered). Sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate
