This August, come in from the cold and relish a warming three course menu at Altitude, hovering high above Sydney’s glittering jewels. Chef De Cuisine Ricardo Dias Ferriera’s food philosophy centres on high quality produce-driven fare, which pays homage to the best Australian seasonal food. The menu is enhanced by a thoughtful wine list created by Executive Sommelier John MacKinnon.
The three course menu is $95 per person, excluding beverages. Monday-Thursday at Altitude, August 8-31.

Father's Day at Altitude
For the first time, Altitude restaurant is opening its doors to celebrate Fatherly love. Centered around the seasonality of small and local producers, our hand crafted three course lunch menu is the perfect way to show your Dad how much he means to you. Treat him and your loved ones to a decadent epicurean adventure, with all of Sydney fanning out below. Our head Sommelier will expertly guide you through each course, with perfectly matched wines.

Revel in the excitement of the race that stops the nation! Celebrate the Melbourne Cup in style with a sumptuous four course lunch at Altitude restaurant, with the harbour as a sparkling backdrop. Such an iconic event deserves an extraordinary experience and what better way to enjoy it than with a delicious glass of champagne on arrival. Dress to impress in winning colours, with prizes for best dressed, along with the most magnificent hat, hair piece or fascinator! Guests will also be able to place bets on the race throughout the day.

Make Me a Chef
Enjoy a fun and private cooking class in Altitude Restaurant and learn how to prepare restaurant quality food. The 2-hour class, with stunning views of Sydney Harbour, includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a two-course lunch and a take home apron.
