Enjoy a flute of Champagne upon arrival, followed by either a four or five-course tasting menu of sumptuous cuisine by Chef de Cuisine Insup Kim; Yamba prawn tacos, Waygu bresaola and calamari with charred sugar loaf cabbage, white peach and squid ink are among delicate dishes awaiting your delight.

Revel in romance with a show-stopping signature dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Anna Polyviou, amid spectacular views spanning Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

Abloom with native florals and overlooking Sydney Harbour, Altitude is the perfect scene for your stylish Australia Day celebration.

Savour an agreeably Australian BBQ brunch menu amid a buffet of favourites, prepared with the freshest local ingredients: think smoked brisket sliders with truffle aioli and fennel slaw, grilled salmon, and barbecued chicken with grilled sweet corn.

From an artful posy, to a whimsical crown and elegant bouquet, Floral Desire Studio will share their passion, knowledge and love of flowers. 

Guests will learn the rituals and techniques to create inspired floral designs, before savouring a sumptuous dining experience at Altitude’s private dining room, with all of Sydney glistening below.
