Seasonal Tasting Menu celebrates the spirit of Vivid
Revel in a seven course seasonal tasting menu inspired by the vibrant sights, sounds and colours of the light festival. Take your seat and watch the spectacle of Vivid unfurl across the sails of the Opera House, as the glittering harbour lights form the perfect backdrop to your dining experience, created by Chef de Cuisine, Ricardo Ferreira. Your decadent dining experience will be enhanced with perfectly matched wines selected by our Executive Sommelier, John MacKinnon.
The seven course menu is available for $150 per person, plus $65 for matching wines. Available 27 May until 18 June, 2016.

Make Me a Chef
Enjoy a fun and private cooking class in Altitude Restaurant and learn how to prepare restaurant quality food. The 2-hour class, with stunning views of Sydney Harbour, includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a two-course lunch and a take home apron.
