Altitude unveils a new grill focused menu created by Chef de Cuisine Insup Kim, and dessert menu by Executive Pastry Chef Anna Polyviou.

Savour rich and diverse flavours by land and by sea from Australia’s best producers; meats and seafood grilled, smoked and charred to perfection by chef Insup Kim.

 Anna Polyviou joins Altitude’s culinary team creating a series of daring desserts, with her distinctive twist on classic favourites.  Don’t miss her celebrated Masterchef dessert Anna’s Mess which returns by popular demand, and decadent Banana Split.

Take your seat and revel in spectacular Sydney views from soaring high windows.

For the first time, Altitude is opening its doors so you can enjoy a luscious mid-morning feast with spectacular views of the harbour. Pancakes, egg dishes, seafood, salads and desserts are but a few of the delights on offer. Did we mention free flowing Bellinis and Mimosas?

The offer is priced at AUD 95* per person and includes free-flowing Mimosas or Bellinis. Free flow of Chandon NV sparkling wine is served at additional AUD 55 per person while free flow of Veuve Cliquot NV is served at additional AUD 85 per person.

Brunch is available every Saturday, from 11.30am - 2.30pm

Please note we do require that notice be given at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellations, transfer of booking date or reduction in numbers. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of AUD 20 per person. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to altitude.slsn@shangri-la.com.

*For guests staying at the hotel, children under the age of 6 will receive complimentary meals when dining with 1 paying adult, up to a maximum 2 children per room.

Market to Table (Cooking Class)

Market to Table (Cooking Class) allows you to experience a tour with chefs to the Fish Markets to meet our suppliers and learn about freshly available local ingredients. Guests then return to the hotel and watch hands on cooking demonstrations by our selected chefs. A glass of sparkling wine on arrival is included followed by a three course lunch prepared by Altitude team with wines. All participants received a set of printed recipe cards.

This class can be run with a minimum number of 6 people and maximum of 12 people.

Menu changes with seasonally best available ingredients.

Market to Table in Altitude is available from the 6 February. Priced at $195 per person. You will meet staff at 10.00 a.m at the Lobby Lounge and conclude at 3.00 p.m.
