Hartley Truffle Degustation at Altitude Sydney

BLACK MAGIC

Truffles are intoxicating in flavour, texture and taste. This month, Chef de Cuisine Ricardo Ferreira has created a distinctive seven course degustation, with the prized Perigord Black Truffles from Hartley Trufferie. The tasting menu will present these black gems in unique and interesting ways to surprise and delight truffle lovers.

Guests will also have the chance to WIN one of six double passes to an exclusive gourmet truffle hunt at Hartley Truffiere, in the Blue Mountains, on Sunday, August 7. Prize winners will fossick with farm dogs specially trained to find black gold. Afterwards, enjoy a lunch created by Altitude, and hosted by Jane and Richard Austen on their cattle grazing property.

The Truffle Degustation is available for $175 per person plus $65 each with matching wines. Available from 4 July 2016 until 31 July 2016.

Make Me a Chef

Enjoy a fun and private cooking class in Altitude Restaurant and learn how to prepare restaurant quality food. The 2-hour class, with stunning views of Sydney Harbour, includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a two-course lunch and a take home apron.
