Altitude is taking the dining experience to new heights. Nowhere else in Sydney will you find such an award-winning fine dining establishment hovering at the very top of a hotel, high above Sydney’s glittering jewels.

It is one of a select group of Sydney restaurants with a 3 Hat Rating in French restaurant guide Gault & Millau and the highest possible 3 Goblet wine list rating from Gourmet Traveller Wine magazine. In fact the quality of the food and service are so engrossing, you may miss the view altogether. And for special occasions, the private dining room that literally ‘floats’ 36 levels above the harbour accommodates up to 18 guests.

11.00am - 3.30pm Saturday and Sunday

Altitude unveils a new grill focused menu created by Chef de Cuisine Insup Kim, and dessert menu by Executive Pastry Chef Anna Polyviou. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, Monday –Sunday. 

Sunday’s and Public Holidays incur a 15% service surcharge.

Window tables: minimum spend of $375 per table Sunday-Thursday; with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Minimum spend of $500 per table Friday-Saturday, with a $300 non-refundable deposit.
